Companies and Freelancers with 1 to 49 employees

-  Be a microenterprise, small enterprise (up to 49 employees) or self-employed.

-  Not being considered as a firm in difficulty.

-  Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.

-  Not be subject to an outstanding recovery order of the European Commission which has declared an aid unlawful and incompatible with the common market.

-  Not incurring in any of the prohibitions foreseen in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General Law on Subsidies.

-  Be registered in the Census of entrepreneurs, professionals and withholders of the State Tax Administration Agency or in the equivalent census of the Foral Tax Administration.

  -  Not to exceed the minimum aid ceiling - all subsidies granted by EU states of less than €200,000-.

-   Have the Digital Maturity Level assessment according to the diagnostic test on the Acelera pyme platform.

-   Have a legal address for tax purposes in Spain.

Bonds from €2,000 to €12,000

This will depend on the size of the company and the technological solutions they want to implement.

At Binhex we are Digitalising Agent and we are in charge of providing digital solutions to SMEs and self-employed beneficiaries of the voucher, and we will act as intermediaries with the Government.

Business Segments

Depending on the business segment, the maximum amount you can apply for will be:

Segment I

- from 10 to 49 employees →  12,000 €.

Segment II

- from 3 to 9 employees → 6.000 €

Segment III

- 0 to 2 employees and self-employed → 2.000 €.
